In her ReDesign Mindset sessions, Carolyn combines hypnotherapy & mindfulness with yoga, breath and motivational body techniques to awaken the senses, reengage the mind, body and breath to increase self-confidence, self belief and resilience so that positive change and goals can be achieved. ReDesign changes your mindset, releases stress and eases the impact on mental and physical health. It disconnects you from the workplace and reconnects you to the present, to bring energy and productivity back into the workplace.
