Welcome to The Centre Combined Health
By accessing The Centre Combined Health's studio or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern our relationship with you in relation to our website and studio. The term 'you' refers to the user or visitor of our website/studio. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

 

General Terms
The following terms apply when booking or enquiring online or in-studio for all classes or services at The Centre Combined Health. The Centre Combined Health is not liable to refund, transfer, or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason. This includes no-show appointments.

Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Teachers are subject to change without notice.


Late entry for services and classes may not permitted for the safety and security of other guests and clients. Any late entry will be at the instructor or providers discretion.


Classes and/or services at The Centre Combined Health may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge of the risk of personal injury or property loss. The Centre Combined Health is not liable for any injury or property loss resulting from attendance.


To book a class, you must pay at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed without confirmation of payment.
Bulk passes and memberships exclude attendance at guest teachers' classes, workshops, or special events. For additional information on this, please contact info@thecentrech.com.au 


The Centre Combined Health does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All purchases are final and any refund under specialist circumstances is at the discretion of the management team.


All classes and services are non-transferable.


The Centre Combined Health or its representatives are not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings while you attend class.


Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.


Children cannot be left unattended in the reception area for any reason.


To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again.
We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever, including consequential loss, arising from products and/or services we have supplied.


Pricing
All prices, products, and offers include GST. 

All prices are correct at the time of online publication.
Prices may increase from time to time. Notice of any such increase will be provided on our website and/or by email to existing clients.
Offers and Deals
All offers and deals are subject to the terms outlined below.
No further discounts or concessions apply.

 

Workshops
The Centre Combined Health does not offer refunds or credits on workshops for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All purchases are final and any refunds are at the discretion of management.
If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your workshop entry to another person’s name by emailing info@thecentrech.com.au at least 4 hours before the workshop starts.
Full payment is required upon booking.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the workshop. The door will close at the advertised start time. Late entry to workshops may not be permitted, and latecomers may be considered no-shows. Entry for latecomers is at the discretion of the instructor and/or management. 

 

Bookings and Cancellations Policy
If you book a class and are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before your class is due to start. You can do so by emailing info@thecentrech.com.au This ensures that there is a timestamped record of your cancellation for our team. 
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeited class or service and incur a cancellation fee. Class cancellations are charged at the full class rate, while service cancellations are charged at 50% of the service rate.
Cancellations must be made via email. Phone calls, voicemails or messages via social media will not constitute a valid cancellation.

 

No-Show Policy
If you pre-book a class and fail to attend, you may incur the full cancellation fee. 
No-show fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to all in-studio classes and services.

 

Co-Working and Venue Hire
To secure your co-working or venue hire booking at The Centre Combined Health, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
All bookings are subject to availability and may require a minimum duration.
The Centre Combined Health reserves the right to refuse service if the usage of the venue or co-working space is deemed inappropriate or violates our guidelines.
Users are responsible for ensuring the space is left in a clean and orderly condition.
Users and their guests are expected to maintain professional conduct and comply with all relevant laws and regulations while using our facilities.

The user is responsible for any damage to the property, equipment, or furnishings beyond normal wear and tear.
Security arrangements can be provided upon request.

 

Co-Working and Venue Hire Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for any cancellations of co-working or venue hire services.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the booking fee applies to all cancellations made within this period.
Catered Services Cancellation require a minimum of 21 days' notice for cancellations involving catered services.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the booking fee applies to all cancellations made within this period.
For cancellations made outside the minimum notice period (less than 7 days for standard bookings or less than 21 days for catered services), a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee applies.
If the booking party fails to show up for their booking without prior notification, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
No additional refunds will be provided for cancellations made within the late cancellation period.
Refunds for cancellations made within the standard cancellation period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Booking transfers are not permitted without prior written approval from The Centre Combined Health.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be used for classes at The Centre Combined Health (excluding workshops).
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards are not transferable.
The Centre Combined Health does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All purchases are final.

 

Intellectual Property
The copyright to all content on this website, including IP, graphics, images, layouts, and text, belongs to us or we have a license to use those materials.
All trademarks, brands, and logos used on this website are either owned by us or we have a license to use them. Accessing our website does not license you to use those marks in any commercial way without our prior written permission.
